Q: What types of services does R/S Carpet provide?

A: We offer a vast array of major manufactures and designer labeled flooring. From Carpet, tile, vinyl, hardwood to granite countertops and all natural stone applications. We’re sure you will be able to find the perfect style of flooring for your home.

Q: How long does it take to install?

A: Our general lead time is 7-10 business days from the time we process an order. Depending on our installation schedule and product availability that time can vary.
The following is the approximate amount of flooring we are able to install per day. These are general and rough numbers, and can be increased or decreased based on many different factors.
Carpet - 100+ yds per day
Tile - 200+ sq ft per day
Hardwood - 175+ sq ft per day
Laminate - 200+ sq ft per day

Q: Do the installers move the furniture?

A: We do move basic furniture as a courtesy. We do not move pool tables, water beds, grandfather clocks, antiques, hospital beds, or excessively large furniture. Piano’s and appliances do cost extra to move. If you have any further questions please contact us.

Q: Can you come to our house and give us an estimate?

A: YES WE CAN!!! If you already have an idea of the type of flooring, style, and colors you are looking for, then we would be glad to bring our showroom to you. However, if you are still unsure of what type of floor, the colors, or style you would be interested in, the very best course of action would be for you to bring some paint samples and/or fabrics to the showroom. You will then have the entire showroom at your service. We have thousands of different colors, textures, styles to choose from that no vehicle is large enough to hold.

Q: We are only looking to do one room, can you still help us?

A: No job is too big or too small for R/S Carpet. Whether you are changing the carpet in one small bedroom, or installing all new floors through out an entire track of homes we can be your favorite flooring company.

Q: What is the very best type of flooring to install?

A: Every house hold will have their “best type” of flooring based on many different factors. Please come into our showroom to discuss your options, and what type of flooring will be best for your home.

Q. Do you have stair installers in Orange County?

A. YES! RS Carpet installs hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet on stairs. We also do custom runners for stairs! Please contact us for more information!!!
