We usually suggest choosing a Holiday to remember when it is time to seal such as New Years or Ground Hog Day. It is a very easy process that takes a small amount of time. Granite, being a porous product, if left unsealed can possibly be stained by oils or acidic foods. We cannot stress the importance of sealing your granite once a year enough.
